Deposits or payments are fully refundable if the captain cancels due to wind, high seas or stormy weather and the decision to cancel is made the night before your fishing trip or while standing on the dock, and we are unable to reschedule. We want you to have a memorable, fun time and if the weather appears to be unsafe or too rough we will try to reschedule your trip. If we cancel due to weather and are not able to reschedule due to continued bad weather, your travel schedule or our previous bookings, then your money will be refunded in full either on your credit card or by check from our office mailed within 30 business days.
Trips that are canceled by you, 45 days or more prior to the departure time on your trip date will be refunded in full, less a 15% credit card/booking fee. If your trip is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to departure time, we will be happy to work with you to try and reschedule the trip and apply your payment(s) to a new date. If we are unable to find a mutual date, or you cancel the trip completely, then your deposit is NOT refundable, and you will receive credit to use for future dates. This is transferable to alternate parties. Trips canceled less than 72 hours prior to your departure time are NOT refundable and NOT transferable to a later date unless we are able to rebook your cancelled date.
